We stand behind everything we build. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, or if you manage to wear your gear out, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that certain closeout items may be final sale.
Are your rucksacks waterproof?
Our rucksacks are highly water-resistant and built from 1000D Cordura. While they can withstand heavy rain and submersion during challenges, we recommend using a dry bag for electronics if you expect to be underwater.

How do I clean my GORUCK gear?
We recommend hand washing your gear in a tub with cold water and mild detergent. Hang it to dry out of direct sunlight. Never put your rucksack in a washing machine or dryer.
